    5.3.1 During meetings and telephone calls with the stakeholders

    During conversations with the stakeholders, use simple vocabulary and try to show them what are the benefits of an improved metrology system.

    5.3.2 During courses

    In fact, the instructor usually insists in the importance of Metrology during the whole course. Additionally, you can:

    • Coming back from coffe breaks or the lunch, take 5 minutes for promoting another services of the NMI.
    • Deliver brochures or invitations to events on metrology, attached to the participants’ material.
