5.2.1 Ask for periodical work plans
It is sufficient to prepare plansfor 6-12 months periods, for monitoring and reviewing results.
Start the monitoring, asking for the workplans of the participants. Set a deadline for the workplans).
5.2.2 Monitor the advances and develop recommendations for improving the implementation of the work plan every 4 or 6 weeks
Carry out follow-up activities every 4 or 6 weeks.
These activities could be:
- Communication by e-mail asking for progress reports or updates.
- Organization of a virtual meeting.
- Telephone calls.
Send reminders when the date for key activities is approaching.
5.2.3 Prepare reports on the accomplishment of the activities at the end of the workplan, evaluate outcomes and impacts and develop recommendations
At the end of a periodical work plan, ask for a report including the topics below:
- Activities carried out.
- Good practices.
- Outcome and impact of the activities (inside and outside the NMI).
- Recommendations for the next phase.
