5.1.1 Promote on-line sessions in order to follow up on the work plan and to discuss the implementation of the service
During the follow-up it is highly recommended to promote on-line sessionsThe web provides a wide variety of software to hold virtual meeting.
The experiences of the Working Groups, proved the efficiency of the virtual meeting instead of communication by e-mails.
5.1.2 Promote videoconferences when the coach needs to be part of a conference with a group of people of the NMI or the industry
If your NMI has the infrastructure for holding videoconferences, take advantage of this mean and promote the participation of the coach in events organized by the NMI through a videoconference.
Examples for events in which the coach could interact in this way, are:
- Conference during an awareness raising seminar.
- Opening sessions during workshops, seminars, etc.
- Training for a group of colleagues from the NMI.
5.1.3 Share documents that could support the participants in the implementation of the service.
During the follow up sessions, the coach can identify the aspects in which additional
documentation and templates could be useful for the participant.
5.1.4 Determine activities where the presence of the coach would be valuable and prepare the arrangements for the coach
In some cases, videoconferences or other tools could be insufficient, for example situation in which the knowledge and expertise of the coach is necessary (training, consultancy, interviews in situ with the industry, like pilot projects, workshops, group calibration facilitation, etc).
