4.2.1 Evaluate the effectiveness of t he service
The effectiveness is related to the achievement of the objectives. So, in this step you can evaluate the accomplishments of the objectives of the service.
Analyse the evaluation of the customer and the number of realized services. Compare these results with the objectives and goals of the service.
If your NMI has established indicators for the service, evaluate the achievement of the indicator.
If the objective was not accomplished, modify the service or operational plan.
4.2.2 Evaluate the appropriateness of offering the service
You can evaluate the appropriateness of offering the service, based on:
a) The function of the NMI: Evaluate the outputs and outcomes of the services and evaluate if they are in compliance with the function, mission and vision of the NMI.
b) The balance between benefits and invested resources: Cost-benefit evaluation.
