    Tool 2.9 Try/train the trainers

    Description Try/train the NMI staff on training skills required for Training services, developing a Train the trainer in the job Program.
    Objectives Assure the quality of training services offered by the NMI.
    When to apply When organizing and/or expanding training services.

    Limits of the tool The Try/train the trainer in the job Programs must be updated continuosly in order to be adjusted to improvement needs of trainer/training team.
    Steps 2.9.1 Select staff members as possible “trainers”.
    2.9.2 Prepare a Try/train the trainer “in the job” Program.
    2.9.3 Implement, evaluate and register results.
    2.9.4 Include new trainers as NMI permanent training team.
