Phase 3: Implementation Tools
The following tools provide you with recommendations for implementing the operational plans and activities. The first tool (Involve external agencies…) is applicable for any service. The other tools are focusing on consultancy, training or group calibration services. The title of the tool is referring to the corresponding service.

| 3.1 Involve external agencies, chambers and associations | Invite to external agencies, chambers and associations to participate as organizer or promoter of an event. |
| 3.2 Carry out Consultancy pilot projects. | Implement the consultancy service, as designed, in a selected company (pilot). A consultancy pilot project is an experience for: - Having an approaching to the typical characteristics of the industry in which the service will be offer. - Testing the design of the methodology. - Training the consultant team. - Raising awareness in the industry regarding the need of having a deeper consultancy. |
| 3.3 Carry out training workshop. | Carry out a workshop addressed to the industry and NMI users in general. |
| 3.4 Conduct Group Calibration. | Describe the procedures for carrying out a Group Calibration. Group Calibration is a tool to group calibration demand from users and provide the calibration device through another competent NMI. This tool can be combined with training and development of own capabilities. Concept can last forever or lead to competence in NMI to substitute this service in future. |
