Strategis options for developing new services

In order to define the strategy you will adopt in your NMI, it is necessary to identify the strategic options for the service that you would like to develop. Look at the diagram and the four quadrants which characterize the services with respect to demand and supply. Click on the different quadrants for more information:

Please consider the importance of the activities that are linked to the creation/consolidation of one service, no matter which strategy you follow. This
includes:

  • the need of creating awareness,  
  • the objective must include not only increase in revenues, but also the strenghten of the NMI as an actor for public policy,
  • the impact on competitiveness,  
  • innovation,  

just to mention a few.
