X-RAY WorX is delivering its products to several suppliers of high-resolution industrial CT systems that are used e.g. in automotive and aerospace industry. Delivering X-ray sources of proven and traceable quality to highly sensitive customers require continuous monitoring of key specifications like focal spot size based on approved standards. X-RAY WorX will contribute to work packages WP1, WP4, WP5, and WP6, taking the lead for work package WP1.
