Excillum is an X-ray tube manufacturer based in Kista, Sweden offering one of the very few X--ray tubes available in the world capable of generating sub 500 nm X-ray spots, the NanoTube N1 60kV. Excillum will contribute to work packages WP1, WP3, WP4, WP5, and WP6.
