Workshop "Structured Light and its Applications"

Structured light modes, featuring phase singularities, complex polarization textures and strongly inhomogeneous intensity profiles, currently attract considerable interest in many areas of modern physics. In particular, structured light is a valuable and rapidly emerging tool that opens up new opportunities for precision measurements, metrology, as well as quantum computations and communications. To discuss the latest developments in these (and many other) domains, we invite colleagues to participate in a one-day workshop "Structured Light and its Applications" to be held on the campus of the Technical University of Braunschweig on 12 June 2024. The workshop is jointly organized by the Technical University of Braunschweig and Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB).

Depending on their willingness, colleagues are kindly invited to give a 30-minute (25 + 5) talk or poster presentation. Registration is available on the Opens external link in new windowQuantumFrontiers Website. Please note that there will be no conference fee.
