Die PTB hat einen neuartigen Mikrotaster entwickelt, der durch seine spezielle hantelförmige Geometrie für Messaufgaben wie Mikro-Innengewinde optimiert ist. Das neue Design ermöglicht das Austauschen der Tastkugeln durch die Fixierung über Klemmkräfte. Durch die universelle Kupplung ist der Mikrohanteltaster an nahezu jedes taktile Koordinatenmessgerät adaptierbar.
