Following this year's annual meeting of the German Section of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (DS-ISMRM), Sebastian Schmitter (PTB) was elected as president of DS-ISMRM. The DS-ISMRM is a registered association which, according to its statutes, is particularly committed to promoting young scientists in the field of magnetic resonance. This is achieved in particular by regularly organizing German-speaking workshops or conferences.
