Funding
Measurement procedures for highly accurate form measurements of synchrotron optics are developed. The procedures are based on interferometric sub-surface measurements and their subsequent analysis using mathematical modelling. The intended purpose is the measurement of synchrotron optics with radii of curvature in the range from 2,5 cm to 10 m. The development is accompanied with virtual experiments to assess possible measurement set-ups and data analysis procedures.
