Profile
The working group ‘Reflection and Transmission’ develops high-accuracy methods and systems for the measurement of reflection and transmission properties of optical components. The measuring systems are applied for research tasks and customer calibrations. They cover the wavelength range from the ultraviolet (200 nm) up to the infrared (partly up to 18 µm).
Research/Development
Regular reflection and transmission, Diffuse reflection
Development of measurement procedures for regular spectral reflectance and transmittance as well as for diffuse reflectance
