Selective measurement techniques for NO2: MetNO2 project (EMPIR 16ENV05)


Within the frame of the MetNO2 project, WG 3.42 developed FTIR based measurement methods for spectral reference data of NO2, as well as for the detection of impurities in NO2 gas mixtures. The measurements in NO2 are being performed in a corrosion resistant optical short path cell. A newly designed, corrosion resistant long path cell, which is currently in the production phase, shall considerably improve the measurement range in future times, and completes the FTIR measurement method.
