Figure 1.
Digital compensator of type DMP 40 made by HBM is used to test strain-gauge load cells and to calibrate load cell simulators.

Figure 2.
Pneumatic endurance test assembly of size W×D×H = 1.1m×0.9m×1.4m and maximal load of 100 kg. Repetition cycle length is minimal 3, maximal 10 seconds. Down- and up-times are adjustable independently.

Piston pressure gauge type 580, manufactured by Budenberg, used to load pressure sensors in tests in the range 1 bar to 45 bar and in a higher range 10 bar to 450 bar.

The pressure is generated by hydraulic cylinder loaded by mass discs.

Measurement setup for tests of loadcells in various environment air-pressure in a container with test volume of 40 x 30 x 30 cm³. The pressure is controlled by a pressure gauge, type CPC3000, made by Mensor-Calibration Line and generate the pressure inside the container in a range of 800 hPa to 1200 hPa.
