Today, I want to show you that the sea out here is not as monotonous as you might think. Both the sky and the sea are different every day. Most days there are only a few clouds, but sometimes we can see the rain passing by. Even so, we very rarely get any rain ourselves. The waves, too, are always different. In the beginning, we had very smooth water, now it’s more choppy. Every day the waves are different from the day before. The big waves of the ocean swell change, and the smaller waves break a little bit at their tips on some days. Sometimes they even create little splashes when they meet. There is always something to look at.

As we are sailing along the equator, our wake is kind of “painting” it in the Pacific:
The sunset is different every day. Often it is accompanied by great colours:
Same for the sunrise:
And we still have lots of flying fish. However, they are difficult to capture in pictures. The white specks in this picture are the fish:
