Synchronous synthesis and synchronous measurement of a sinusoidal voltage using the internal clock frequency of a high resolution digitizer reduce triggering errors and allow the determination of alternating (AC) voltages with uncertainties of the order of 1 uV/V. Methods and models for the estimation of measurement uncertainties are presented in detail. |
