CPEM '96 Honouring of renowned scientists

On Monday, June 17, 1996, after the opening session of the Conference onPrecision Electromagnetic Measurements (CPEM), Professor Yuri Tarbeyev, Director of the D.I. Mendeleyev Institute of Metrology, Saint Petersburg, will appoint five internationally recognized scientists honorary members of the Russian Academy of Metrology.
The honour will be conferred to
