Cleaner yet with ultrasound

How good is my ultrasonic bath? How much power is required; when do the objects be-ing cleaned begin to suffer damage? So far, there haven't been any objective parameters for the quality control of such cleaning baths available to manufacturers and users, be-cause the underlying physical mechanisms are difficult to determine. PTB scientists have now developed testing methods which are easy to apply in practice. With these methods, it is possible to quantitatively evaluate the cleaning efficiency and the reaction impact and to optimize the operating parameters.
