Tactile microprobe for micro-coordinate measuring machines

Measuring and calibrating by means of hybrid silicon technology at CONTROL 2011

28.04.2011

Microprobes are high-precision, but also sensitive components of modern micro-coordinate measuring machines and are subject to wear. They can now be produced simply but still precisely and in a large amount. An adjustable and isotropically high rigidity increases the precision of the probing process still further. The development from the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) can be examined at the CONTROL 2011 trade fair in Stuttgart from 3 to 6 May 2011 in Hall 1, Stand 1313. Replacing a probe? No problem now!
