New DKD report on the interlaboratory comparison "Rise Time"

In this comparison, the rise times of a step pulse generator and an oscilloscope were determined, as well as the bandwidth and attenuation of the latter at 500 MHz.

The result showed good agreement with the reference values for most participants. The intercomparison was performed by PTB. The results can be found in the report "DKD-V 2.4".
