“International dialogue between industry and conformity assessment bodies” “Let’s go to … USA, Canada, United Arab Emirates and IECEx/OD 24 application practice”

A dialogue between manufacturers and conformity assessment bodies is an essential condition for reducing barriers to international trade. The conformity assessment bodies feel strongly committed to assist industry in learning about national and regional legislation, in order to achieve a better understanding of requirements. Main concern is to minimize the “time to market” for placing explosion protected products on the various national markets.
