The questionnaire

Many personal, philosophical and critical contributions came from the eleven physicists to whom we sent our questionnaire (and as far as the 'historical' persons are concerned, the answers should not be taken too seriously). We have compiled the answers to some selected questions on extra pages (please click onto "Answers").
