Our fields of activity are radiation protection, radiation therapy, radio biology, nuclear fusion- and nuclear fission-technologies. Our customers and partners are manufacturers of measuring instruments, research centres, universities, hospitals and public authorities.
Our tasks are subdivided into three areas:
Research
We do research to improve measuring techniques for neutron radiation in radiation protection, radiotherapy as well as for ion dosimetry for radiotherapy and in research, and to further develop our own precision methods.
Measurement
We render services by the calibration of measuring instruments for neutron radiation and ions and by the investigation of their characteristics.
Consulting
We advise authorities, manufacturers and users of neutron and ion measuring instruments and cooperate in the standardization of test and calibration methods in national and international bodies.
