Measurement and calibration capabilities

The measurement and calibration capabilities of the Department 5.1 are available as pdf-file. They are integrated in the quality management system of the PTB, which meets the requirements for calibration and testing laboratories as defined in the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.The pdf-file contains soon (from version 05/2007) bookmarks to services in the field of microsystems measurement technology, hardness, layer thickness and roughness.
