"Crystalline surfaces, self assembled structures, and nano-origami as length standard in (nano)metrology" (SIB61) is a Joint Research Project (JRP) of six European national metrology institutes and three universitites and research institutes.
The program is funded within the 
EMRP-program and runs between October 2013 and September 2016.
