The Consortium

The consortium unites the five leading European NMIs (PTB, INRIM, NPL, CMI, and TUBITAK) in the field of metrology for micro- and nanomagnetism and magnetic modelling. These partners are complemented by six external funded partners (CEA, GTU, IFW Dresden, INNOVENT, ISC and Sensitec) who provide specific competences in the fields of magnetic materials, magnetic scales, quantitative MFM, scanning MR microscopy, MOIF materials, and standardisation. SENIS as an industrial unfunded partner further contributes its expertise in commercial low noise Hall sensors and scanning Hall microscopes. The two companies Sensitec and SENIS will ensure that the project focuses on delivering the traceable calibration chains required by industrial end-users.
