The generated data were taken as input data for a FEM pressure simulation. Within the limits of the uncertainty of the pressure measurement a perfect agreement of the simulation data to the measurement was found [12] . This corresponds to a relative uncertainty of 4 * 10-6 with respect to the area of clearance of a selected measurement plane (z-co-ordinate) at the standard.
