| Description | Objectives of the seminarThis conference aims to promote technological innovation in the area of superconducting electronics. In the fields of Rapid Single Flux Quantum (RSFQ) circuitry and Josephson qubits, several concepts for new and exciting superconducting devices have emerged in the last years. It is a major goal of this meeting to bring together the expertise acquired in these fields scattered over Europe, to promote dissemination of knowledge, and to include linking with Japanese and U.S.A.'s key laboratories. Objectives of the seminar are to discuss recent developments of integrated digital superconducting circuits and new devices on the basis of Josephson junction technology for the processing of quantum information by superconducting logic in RSFQ circuits and qubits. This seminar is supported by the Wilhelm und Else Heraeus-Stiftung. Topics of the seminar
