| Zusammenfassung: | This paper describes the .sup3.He melting pressure sensor and supplementary technical equipment required for temperature scale realisation below 1 K. The practical procedures necessary to operate and calibrate the sensor are explained. Parameters that are essential for satisfactory performance are discussed, and results of measurements made to evaluate sensor properties are presented. |
