Progress of the infrared radiance temperature standard facility at NIM

There are several infrared radiance temperature standard facilities introduced in this presentation. The vacuum radiance temperature standard is set up at the end of 2015, which is temperature range from 190 K to 340 K. The variable temperature blackbody standard (-30℃- 960℃) facility includes four variable temperature blackbodies, such as the water bath blackbody, water heatpipe blackbody, Cs heatpipe blackbody and Na heatpipe, and also includes several infrared radiation thermometers, such as 1.6μm, 3.9μm and 8-14μm. Mid-temperature fixed point facility includes In, Sn, Zn, Al and Ag fixed points with 0.9999 emissivity and 10 mm diameter. The self-calibrated on-board blackbody also will be introduced.
