Our activities are focused on the development of Superconducting QUantum Interference Devices (SQUID)-sensors for measurement techniques such as biomagnetic diagnostics, nondestructive testing and evaluation and precision electrical measurements in metrology and reseach. We design and fabricate SQUIDs based on low-temperature superconductor Niobium thin film technology which are adopted to the various applications. Furthermore we are developing SQUID-readout electronics and complete SQUID-systems. Our highly sensitive magnetometers and current sensors and SQUID-readout electronics are commercially available from industrial partners.
