In the working group Manufacturing of Components parts made of different materials are manufactured with high accuracy.
For this purpose, different machining manufacturing technologies. For the transmission of complex component geometries to modern CNC machining centers, a CAM system is used.
Due to the constantly varying demands on the functions of the components to be manufactured that have frequently unknown materials, such as platinum or titanium alloys are processed.
In these cases in the group chipped comprehensive component manufacturing are performed, which include a characterization of the tool and work piece surface.
