Tasks
Realization, maintenance and dissemination of photometric and radiometric units within the spectral range from 200 nm up to 2.5 µm. Focal subjects in research and development as well as in calibration services are
- Photometry of novel light sources
- Spectroradiometry of sources within the spectral range from 200 nm up to 2500 nm
- Metrology of regenerative energies: solar cells
International cooperation and international comparison of national measurands
TC-PR (see 
www.euramet.eu)
Tight cooperation with industry converting newly developed measurement methods and findings into industrial applications.
