Power and Energy, Support to State Approved Test Centres
Working Group 2.33
Tasks
- Realization, maintenance, and dissemination of the unit of electric power and energy
- Development of measurement procedures and AC/DC-Transfer- methods for test and calibration of precision measuring instruments for AC power and energy in the frequency range from 15 Hz to 10 kHz
- Development of methods for testing and basic inspection of electricity meters
- Test and calibration of reference instruments for AC power and energy owned by state approved laboratories for the verification of electricity meters, by verification authorities or by industrial calibration laboratories
- Cooperation in national and international standardizing boards for electric energy metering
