Working Group 1.13

Tasks

  • Pattern approval testing of automatic weighing instruments on basis of EO10 (Annex 10 to the German "Eichordnung" [verification act]) and on basis of OIML recommendations R50 (belt weighers), R51 (automatic catchweighers and checkweighers), R61 (automatic gravimetric filling machines), R106 (automatic rail-weighbridges), R107 (discontinuous totalizers) and R134 (automatic instruments for weighin road vehicle in motion)
  • Consulting of verification authorities and manufacturers with regard to automatic weighing instruments and their type approvals
  • Representation of PTB at international organisations such as OIML and WELMEC with regard to automatic weighing instruments
